4. Taxes (GST)
- GST Registration: We are registered under GST (GSTIN: 09XXXXXX)
- GST Rate: 18% GST is applicable on all services
- Tax Included: Final quotes include GST unless specified otherwise
- Tax Invoice: All payments include proper GST tax invoices
- Input Credit: Clients can claim input credit on GST paid
5. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 100% payment required in advance for all services
- Payment Timing: Services commence only after payment confirmation
- Invoice: Invoices generated within 24 hours of service booking
- Due Date: Payment due immediately upon invoice generation
- Overdue: Services may be paused if payment not received within 7 days
6. Payment Security
- Encryption: All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption
- Secure Gateways: Payments processed through secure, trusted gateways
- Data Protection: We do not store your payment details
- Fraud Prevention: We have measures in place to prevent fraudulent transactions
