Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services and requesting refunds for paid article publication and other PR services.

1. When Refund Is Allowed

Full or partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if you cancel before any work has started on your project
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if we are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues on our end
  • Service Non-Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe
  • Quality Issues: Partial refund if delivered work doesn't meet the agreed specifications (case-by-case)
  • Duplicate Charges: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges

2. When Refund Is NOT Allowed

  • After Publication: No refund once content has been published on any platform
  • After Client Approval: No refund if you have approved the final content for publication
  • Change of Mind: No refund for change of mind after work has commenced
  • Client-Side Delays: No refund for delays caused by client's failure to provide required information
  • External Factors: No refund for issues arising from third-party platforms (media outlets, websites)
  • Already Delivered Services: No refund for services that have been completed as per agreement
  • Misunderstanding: No refund if the service was clearly explained and you proceeded with the order

3. Processing Time

  • Refund Request: 5-7 business days to acknowledge your request
  • Review Process: 7-14 business days to review and make a decision
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval to process the refund
  • Total Timeline: Approximately 17-31 business days from request to receipt
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds are processed via the original payment method

4. Cancellation Rules Before Publishing

Before Content Creation

  • Full refund available
  • Cancel via email at info@skybluedigitalpr.in
  • Cancellation confirmed within 24 hours

During Content Creation

  • 75% refund if draft not yet shared
  • 50% refund if draft shared but not approved
  • 25% refund if draft approved but not published

After Content Approval

  • No refund - work is considered complete
  • Minor revisions may be accommodated at no extra cost

After Publication

  • No refund under any circumstances
  • Content can be removed (if possible) with additional charges
  • New article can be published with fresh payment

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to info@skybluedigitalpr.in with subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your order ID, service name, and reason for refund
  • Provide any relevant documentation
  • Allow 5-7 business days for initial response

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may raise a dispute. We will review all disputes in good faith and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
