• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information for article creation

3. Content Ownership

• Client Content: You retain ownership of content you provide for publication
• Our Content: All content created by our team remains our intellectual property until full payment is received
• Third-Party Content: You must have rights to use any third-party images, quotes, or materials
• Publishing Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use published content for their marketing purposes

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods (Razorpay, Stripe, Bank Transfer)
• Services will commence only after payment confirmation
• Invoice generation within 24 hours of service booking

5. Refund Rules

• Before Work Begins: Full refund available if requested before any work starts
• During Work: Partial refund based on work completed, at our discretion
• After Publication: No refund once content is published
• Service-Specific: Different rules may apply to different services (see Refund Policy)
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@skybluedigitalpr.in

6. Account Suspension Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You submit prohibited or illegal content
• You engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• You fail to pay for services rendered
• You harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
• Your content damages our reputation or that of our other clients

7. Legal Responsibility of Content

• Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided
• Clients warrant that their content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from their content
• We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from client-submitted content
• Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

SkyBlue Digital Pr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
